Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee of the entire service for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If art was not discussed prior the it (art fee) will automatically be put at $25. If a cancellation is received one hour prior that falls into it. Cancellations must be through my link or you must contact me through my phone number for them to count as I do not always see Instagram emails or Facebook messages .I also can come in on certain days off for an extra 10.00 convenience fee. A 5.00 late fee will be charged to those later than 15 minutes. If it’s later than that, you unfortunately forfeit your appointment and will have to reschedule and cancellation fee will be charged.
